Parking
Please park cars on the property whenever possible.
House rules
• Smoking is prohibited indoors.
• Be considerate of other guests if you are not renting the entire accommodation.
• Do not move furniture.
• Do not use indoor chairs outdoors.
• Games and books are freely available for use.
• Use the radio only as background music.
Outdoor rules
• Ball games are not allowed due to the solar panels.
• The pizza oven and BBQ area may be used freely. Please consult with other guests if needed.
• Leave plants and shrubs undamaged.
• Stay within the fenced area.
• Vegetables and fruit are not for consumption.
• The fire pit may be used once per stay.
• Setting up a pool is not allowed.
Waste separation
Please use the appropriate bins:
• Plastic: bin in the kitchen
• Organic waste: bin in the kitchen
• Paper: paper bin in the kitchen
• Glass: bin outside
Noise
• Avoid noise disturbances, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• After 10:00 PM, outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum, with complete silence from 11:00 PM.
• Sunday is a quiet day: please be considerate of the neighbors.
• Outdoor sound systems are not allowed.
Smoking, alcohol, and drugs
• Smoking is only allowed outside; please use the designated ashtrays.
• Drug use and possession are prohibited.
• Excessive alcohol consumption is not allowed.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome but are not allowed to stay overnight without permission and additional payment.
Target audience
West26 is suitable for family and group holidays.
Youth or young adult groups may be refused at key handover.
Check-in and Check-out
• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM
• Exceptions to these times can be made by prior arrangement.
• No refunds are given for early departures.
Cleaning
• Please leave the accommodation as you found it.
• A fee of €75 will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.
• Cleaning supplies are provided.
Security deposit
• €300 for groups of 8 or more people.
• €100 for individual rooms.
• The security deposit must be paid in advance.
• The deposit will be refunded within a week after departure, provided the accommodation is left in good condition.
• Any damage or vandalism will be deducted from the security deposit. A police report will be filed in case of vandalism.
Accommodation facilities
For all guests:
• Single duvets and pillows (bedding must be booked separately)
• 2 travel cots with bedding
• Tea and kitchen towels
• Hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms
• Trash bags
• 3 dishwasher tablets
• 1 high chair and 1 booster seat
• 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet
• Extra bedding can be rented; please inquire for details.
Other
• Please bring any other items you may need during your stay.
• Report any damage or issues directly to the manager.
• Please report any suspicious persons to the owner immediately.
